OnTimer Support & Data ManagementNeed help with OnTimer or want to manage your data? You can find the relevant information below.
Managing Your DataOnTimer does not require an account, and your goals, timers, milestones, notes, and customization settings are stored locally on your device.
You can manage your information directly inside the app.
Depending on the type of information, you can:
- Edit goal information
- Add or edit milestones
- Add or edit notes
- Change colors and visual preferences
- Delete eligible timers and goals
Deleting TimersOnTimer is intentionally designed around timers that cannot always be immediately stopped or deleted.
This is a core feature of the app: once you commit to a goal, OnTimer keeps the passage of time visible.
Currently, a timer can be deleted:
- Within 24 hours of being created, or
- After the timer is at least 30 days old
This restriction applies to the timer itself and is part of OnTimer's accountability system.
Delete All OnTimer DataIf you want to remove all locally stored OnTimer information from your device, you can delete the OnTimer app.
On iPhone:
Settings → General → iPhone Storage → OnTimer → Delete AppThis removes OnTimer and its locally stored app data from the device.
Please note that data may remain temporarily in device backups controlled by Apple until those backups are replaced or deleted according to Apple's own policies.
Data SharingOnTimer does not sell your information.
We do not use your goals, notes, milestones, or timers for advertising.
